Trip and fall accidents on defective sidewalks, walkways, steps and stairways or over a visually obscured object in a store aisle, a home, a factory, a warehouse or elsewhere.
Dog bites;
Injury resulting from misuse of a common instrument or of an inherently dangerous instrument;

Severe food poisoning, such as e-coli;
Aviation disasters;
Boating accidents.
We once represented a young man who struck a match and was instantly engulfed in flame. He suffered terrible burns over practically his entire body. We successfully prosecuted a claim against the owner of the vacant property where the accident took place, claiming he actually knew or that in the exercise of reasonable care should have known that the teens that frequented the area as a "hangout" had left a propane tank there for barbeques, negligently exposing our client to a dangerous condition that was foreseeable.
The case did not present as a "propane tank explosion" case. Initially, the client's mother called us for help because her son had been badly burned. We used the proper methods to investigate and prosecute that particular case, which is what we do on every serious injury case that we take on.
